Hello, using Horizon TV and it's been running ok for a long time without needing an encryption key, it is now not working and looking like it now needs a key, I am a donator could I get a key please?

np,after you donate again it usually takes 4-6 hours for your badge to change to donator again.
the server only check with paypal server 3-4 times a day for updates.
I get the encrypted error on horizon.tv even tho the key has expired.
Is there a different link to an ini where it has a working key?

There is no key needed.
If you have a decrypt line in your we grab config remove it.
Does the ini work normally even if its still encrypted?
Yes just use last version. Make sure you do not copy past (it brakes encryption) see :

I've just updated the siteini pack so that it uses the newest horizon.tv.ini but I still get "skipped encrypted siteIni"
Any ideas?

you cannot modify an encrypted siteini except for the values of site line (timezone, maxdays, cultureinfo, charset, etc etc)
I haven't transfered any siteini files, I just updated them from the bin folder
My suggestion is to delete siteini.pack and redownload thru the script SiteIni.Pack.Update.sh
