the current one is named astro.com.my.E revision 11 vs astro.com.my version 6 your using.
make sure to update your channel line for the updated ini as the site="xxxx" value will be different.

dont need a decrypt key,it would have .EK at the end if encrypted with a key.
.E means encrypted with no key,see..
