i donated but i havent had the added to my account.
does it need to be done manually or is it automatic?

change license data (username,mail,password (password is License pass code in your user panel) add your channel and see how it goes. First time you need to force license update, see FAQ
I have the same problem, I made the donation and they even gave me the donor badge, but today they removed it from my account and paypal says that no cancellation was made, I sent an email to webgrabplus support but they still haven't responded.

I was wondering the same thing as OP. Just donated today. Just ran a license check and it still has me as registered user. Gonna try to email to see if I got the status..
you had listed 3 pc, cleared them. Run force update license please
