Good night, I would like to know how do I get a donor license, I made a donation but it only appears as a donor and I need the donor license to pull my channels

it is automatic now once you become donor your license is updated. If still appear as registred user searc the forum on how to force license update.

Looking at your license data all must be ok. You have a donator_license and a donator badge .. Please upgrade to 3.0.3 beta and do a run in license force mode to get the full custom license .. See http://www.webgrabplus.com/content/beta-303-custom-license

How to get a license for 1000 channels?
How do you run in "license force mode"? I have a 'donator_license' but am now only getting the 250 channels, didn't it used to be 1000? I have over 500 in my config

Authors have extended to 1000 channels to all users until personal license expire. Force license and you have 1000 channels see example
How to use WebGrab + Plus if i have 1000+ channels, e.g. 1500 channels?
How long does it take to see its license being updated? I did my donation 3d ago and still no update...
not even 3 days...
If you mean that your webgrab has not updated it's license, have you forced a licence update?

Normally within a day after the donations is made.
It takes a couple of hours before we get the notification from PayPal. We run a userdata update normally twice a day, so an unlucky user can just miss that event and will get his data and license updated at the following update.
However there are occasions when PayPal notifications are delayed, sometimes a couple of days.

you go back to donor status....there is no way it can be monitored (your is custom) so you need to remember when it expire and renew if you want to. Actually you have a warning one week before it expires, as a reminder.

u may have todo a force update..

afterwards remove the 'f' as u only need todo it once.
I get the same thing, it says that the expiration date is August 22, but I already donated to them again so that it is renewed and it has not been renewed, I already put the force mode and it remains the same.

The lucky ( ~ 250) users with an active donator license before the custom license option was introduced were given a free custom license with the same settings they had at that time (most of them 1000 channels + 100 siteini's) and with the same expiry data as the donator license. See http://www.webgrabplus.com/content/beta-303-custom-license
This free custom license cannot be extended by a simple renewal of the donator status. With the standard renewal of 5€ or 10€ a standard donator license (250 channels 15 siteinis) will come into effect.
Of course any user can apply for a new custom license with an additional contribution.

Is it possible to exclude same_as channels?
In my config I use multiple time the same grab for channels.
for example :
<channel offset="0" site="programme-tv.net" same_as="TF1" xmltv_id="TF1 HD">TF1</channel>
