Doubt about maximum devices

But the limit of two computers is not clear to me.

1) What does the limit of two computers refer to? If I have a docker configured with my license, does it mean that I can install webgrabplus on another computer with the same user?

2) If I use my epg list made with webgrabplus but linked with xteve. I can use that guide.xml list on as many devices and programs as I want right? For example, Plex on my iPad + TiviMate on android + Plex on my macbook. It's true?
