Generating channels.xml for tvpassport

>> Using 2.1.9 beta wg++ & 2019.05.05_182302 of siteini pack, on Win7.

I place the following line per the instructions in 'tvpassport.com.ini' in the WebGrab++.config.xml file.

channel update="i" site="tvpassport.com" site_id="XXXXX" xmltv_id="dummy"

It just fails with this error message:

Tried multiple different variations, removing the * from the bottom section etc., with no success. What am I missing to create the channel.xml file for tvpassport?
