I have installed WG++ (V3.1.0.0) on Synology NAS DS1813+ (DSM 6.2.4-25556 Update 2)
When I want to create an EPG xml-file I get the following error:
[Critical]
Error: TrustFailure (The authentication or decryption has failed.)
I am using mono version 4.6.2
Creating the xml-file does not pass the license. What could cause the error?
Attached the config file. Email, username and password have been modified in the file. Checked and these are all correct.

I also think that you nned at least mono 5....or wait the new version that do not use mono...should be pretty soon.

My config file seems to be OK. As far as I know I don't need a decryption key.
When I remove the line with the license information from the config file and run it again, I get the same error:
The authentication or decryption has failed.
Removed the license file from /home/'your computer username'/.local/share/WebGrab+Plus/License/, but still getting the same error.
Update
Updating mono to V5.20.1.34 solved the problem.
