Since about 3 days ago I have had this problem without me doing anyhing. My settings reside in folder D:\WebGrabPlusData whis I use as a parameter when launching wg++. See attached file Files.zip.
The seasons/episodes exist at the site tvguide.dk but they are not grabbed. Also, seems that any number (e.g. year) in the description is interpreted as epidode.

I have tested the new version. It works in great. However, in some cases it fails to grab the season.
Example from tvguide.dk:
Channel: DR2
Debatten
22:15 - 23:15
30/11 2024
Sæson 2024 · Episode 31
I only get E31, should be S2024 E31
Furthermore, in general the date field can be importent since the user have an option to use the year of the date as season if season is not available.

A not so important request:
If I click on the upper programme (Debatten) at tvguide.dk I get the description:
Lægeforeningen vil tage et opgør med 'den danske drukkultur' og den såkaldte Forebyggelsesalliance vil med forbud og fradrag styre danskerne i retning af sundere og længere liv.
Hvor meget skal staten blande sig? Det er spørgsmålet i ugens udgave af Debatten. Vært: Cement Kjersgaard.
Man skal altid sørge for lige at læse 2 gange. Nogle gange er det man læser noget volapyk.

to me S2024 is invalid.
what show has 2024 seasons? tv hasnt been around that long.lol
anyway if u want it back disable this line,add a * to the beginning or delete it.

description,again its up to who ever does the ini on what to include.
